At first I was upset because I received a discount card in the mail and when iI tried to use it it would not go through so I decided not to place the order but the following day I received an email offering free shipping and that made the flowers the right price so I made the purchase.
I was upset that I specifically chose them bc they could do same-day delivery--- this however did not happen and so the flowers were a day late. They upgraded my flowers to the next level but I was still mad/sad they didn't get delivered on the day that they needed to be delivered. So I may not chose them again bc of that. But other than that, the arrangement looked nice and customer service was good.
The local shop didn't have some of the flowers in my requested arrangement, so someone from YouFlowers called me and said the local shop would use bright flowers that are in season, and they upgraded my order to the next largest arrangement for free. I was very happy with it.
Easy and lots to choose from!
