I didn't know there was going to be a 14.99 handling charge! If I'd i known I would not of ordered, I have a 40.00 limit, from my organization.
It was difficult to put in promo codes and you cant edit them beofre or after checkout

My delivery time was way off as i payed for my delivery to be delivered in the morning and it didnt show up til around 1:40pm. Also be weary of the website. What you see may not be what you get. If you do hsve problems with your order contact them to resolve it as i do believe they are trying to be professional and be a good business to their customers. I dont know if I will use them again as I am still on the fence.
You need to include any handling charges up front with the price of the flowers. That $15 charge almost made me go somewhere else.

Outcome = One arrangement made it on time - I was told it was beautiful
Second arrangement was not delivered at all - Multiple attempts to contact the company were made to find out what the status was without a satisfactory answer - Finally flowers were received 3 days late, but I was told by the recipient that they were beautiful.
So far it has been a pleasant shopping experience.
Ordering from this site was quick and simple, ordering from another stat, and having a small problem the customer services team and the guy delivering did a fantastic job on delivering the flowers. Can't fault the customer service from this company, would I use again? Yes. Would I recommend this company? Yes.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
