To much to ship, goods received did not match the picture

I WAS VERY GLAD THAT I WAS ABLE TO SEND FLOWERS SAME DAY FOR A FAIR PRICE BUT FROM THE PICTURES I RECEIVED THE FLOWERS WERE NOT ARRANGED VERY NICELY; AND I DID UPGRADE ONCE. THE MULTI COLORED FLOWERS ARRANGEMENT HAD ALOT OF THE SAME COLORED FLOWERS ON THE SAME SIDE ALL BUNCHED UP- IT DID NOT LOOK LIKE THE PICTURE ON YOUR WEBSITE WERE THE FLOWER COLORS ARE BALANCED/DISPERCED THROUGHOUT THE ARRANGEMENT. MY MOM LIKED THEY ANYWAY AND I GUESS THAT IS WHAT COUNTS!
