The online experience in the beginning was great. What I received was no what I expected. I called and spoke to a cs rep who offered a redelivery. Then she later called back to say that a redeliver was not available, so they would issue me a 50% refund to my bank account. Which actually I think they issued me a refund to my account with them. I'm satisfied they attempted to resolve the issue with me after speaking with a representative and requesting to go above her to a supervisor did she offer to redeliver a better bouquet. It was for my birthday, so it was a bit disappointing to get something different than I was expecting.

Good as long as the flowers get delivered in the right place. The flowers I ordered were suppose to be mainly blue which was a favorite color, and the bouquet was mainly orange.

I would have liked to known how much the service/handling charge was before I ordered. Some companies have free or reduced handling fees. However, the flowers were beautiful and my daughter was thrilled with them.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
