The service order of 14.99 was unexpected, because expedited fee was $4.99.
Customer service was absolutely fabulous. The recipients of the flowers sent me a picture of them. They were so impressed how beautiful they were. Will order again!
Service Charge seems excessive
Was hesitant to order on line but when I saw the flowers at the memorial service they were beautiful and looked just like the picture. The price was higher because of weekend and same day delivery but still cheaper than ordering from a local florist with delivery charges. Will use this site again.

I had the wrong address and they still arrived on time!
I didn't see anywhere at the begtinning that there would be a service/handling charge. I may have overlooked it. I did see the same day delivery charge and I liked knowing that. What I guess I'm trying to say is that I like knowing all the charges upfront.
