The website froze up so, I left for lunch. I got an email with free shipping. Was very happy about that! When I returned from lunch at 1:00, I placed the order and it was delivered by 3:00. Extremely happy with the flower arrangement, service and delivery time. Will most definitely order again.

Its my mom's 70th bday. I have a present but didnt mail in time for it to be to her on july 22nd. I went Online to buy something very inexpensive so she had something on her bday. It was easy but I did call in with a question and the girl was nice, pleasant and answered my questions perfectly. She told me the best value florist design was a good choice. I ordered the standard size but I am really hoping that it still looks beautiful, even though its small, for her tomorrow. Thank you

When I went to the funeral home, I did notice that the plant looked a little wilted. I am assuming that this was just a heat issue due to the summer. Hopefully a little water will help this out.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
