This first (ordering!) part is great! The proof will be in the pudding... the actual flower arrangement and the delivery. Evaluation is a totally pre-mature.
There was a mix-up with the delivery info. (on your end.) i was emailed to say that the flowers had not been delivered due to the address mixup. Then i phoned and discovered that the problem had been rectified on your end. (NO follow-up email to let me know that.) then, was told that they were delivered after 5 p.m., when i paid an extra fee for them to have been delivered by noon.
To make this long story short, it's imperative that you tighten up re: customer communication. I have not heard how the flowers actually looked. I trust that they were wonderful! Your phone rep was great!

The flowers were beautiful. However, I purchased flowers called " Orange you Celebrate". Yet there were merely 2 orange flowers and the rest were blue and purple. If I wanted blue and purple I would have ordered such.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
