The lady that I sent the flowers to enjoyed them very much! It made her day. Unfortunately, the flowers could not be delivered same day, but they offered me a free upgrade to the next size flower arrangment to compensate for the delay. I was please with the transaction and it made a friends day!
The flowers were not delivered on time to my wife who was in the hospital and timing was extremely important. I paid for an expedited delivery. I had to call them and their response was that they were too busy and hadn't gotten around to making the delivery. I will NEVER use your service again.
