If it hadn't been for the service and handling fee discount, I wouldn't have gotten the flowers. The flowers are an amazing deal, but the $15 service free is ridiculous.
Placing an order was quick and easy. The service and handling fee caught me off guard but otherwise, the pricing was fair and easy to understand. Unfortunately, I was disappointed in the arrangement that was delivered. I paid for the middle sized arrangment and there were only 4 roses in it and a few other various items. To me, it seemed that I was sent the basic arrangement vs. the middle arrangement. The pictures on the site now seem very misleading. I hope this can be changed to reflect reality in the future.
Easy to do if delivery service is prompt.
When looking to place flowers for someone in another country, you want reliable service! I tried to use two other florist websites before going to yours and neither worked! It was a waste of my time and very frustrating to say the least. Yours was easy as pie and it worked fantastic! Even when you could not deliver that day, you made up for it by offering a free upgrade. Obviously the customer comes first with you! Thank you for your excellent service!

My aunt called us crying to thank us. Delivery was very prompt. Thank you. To have made this service 100% perfect would have just taken an emailed picture of exactly what was delivered to aunt... would have been great. I will use this service again and recommend you all also. I have ordered out of town flowers before and it was a nightmare. But this was easy online and delivered early the next day. Pretty steep service fee. The flowers came with only the daisies and no filler like babies breath etc. It looked very bare when in comparison to the image on the site.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
