They were delivered to my recipients neighbors house. I put in the exact address and it wasn't delivered to the direct address. Why wasn't I notified that it was dropped off somewhere other than the desired destination? Very disappointing.

Didn't get the bear that went with the order
They did credit 15.00 to my credit card but my kids picked that arrangement out because of the bear and was disappointed that it didn't come with the order, we would have ordered another arrangement
