Quick and easy. Good selection. However the bouquet I ordered did not look like the picture. There was no raffia ribbon on the vase,and there was not as much variety of flowers as pictured. But the recipient thought it was nice and the flowers were fresh. She was pleased.

I sent flowers to my best friend in another state. They arrived on time and arrangement was beautiful! She sent me a picture and was so happy. Best of all, I can still afford groceries this week. I had to shop around to find a nice arrangement under $40.

Easy to use, it's strange that advertised arrangements never end up being options and they have to change them before delivery. It was a nice arrangement, but one doesn't know what to expect.
The other sites I went to order from made it difficult. I will use your site again. The flowers were fresh, beautiful and were sent to a family wedding reception for relatives out of town at the time of the wedding in April.
The bride called to say how beautiful they were, "They could have been sent from our wedding reception!" she exclaimed. "They made me so happy!" Many thanks for a beautiful selection.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
