The other sites I went to order from made it difficult. I will use your site again. The flowers were fresh, beautiful and were sent to a family wedding reception for relatives out of town at the time of the wedding in April.
The bride called to say how beautiful they were, "They could have been sent from our wedding reception!" she exclaimed. "They made me so happy!" Many thanks for a beautiful selection.
I thinks it's a bit shameful you advertise same day delivery and then charge extra for it - doesn't happen to me with other sites. I also had a difficult time going back to edit the message - actually had to cancel the order and start over.
These were a gift and the patient said they were lovely.

Since the flowers where delivered to another person I can't respond to many of these questions. It would be nice to receive a notification once the item is delivered. The recipient thanked me the next day so I don't know when they arrived.
I believe the shipping is way over the top and would probably check out other sites for better deals on the shipping.
Easy to find what you want and even easier to place the order and make someone's day!

The picture of what I ordered and what is on the 'place order' screen isn't identical. Shows deluxe - I ordered the most expensive.

Delivery fees are high
I paid way too much for a "premium" bouquet that was way too small. It also did not have all of the flowers that the description said it would have. The display was pretty, it was just FAR from what was advertised and not what I wanted. I am not a flower expert...how am I to know that tulips aren't in season in July? That selection of blooms should not be offered if the blooms are not available. False advertising at it's finest. Extremely disappointed.
Flowers that were delivered wasn't even close to what was ordered. The arrangement was supposed to be blue, yellow and white. Yellow roses were substituted out with bland colors, as were white lilies.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
