The flowers were nice. The pictures made it seem bigger. Delivery was good. The price was high, but nothing went wrong so it was acceptable.
It was easy ordering, I had up graded to a bigger selection and I was sent a small pot looked like a 4in pot. I paid extra but didn't get extra. The flowers were not yellow like shown in the picture, I was trying to cheer this person up with bright color flowers, they were not. I was very disappointed in the small pot and the colors, for that price it should have been a bigger pot that is what I paid for,,,,,Very Disappointed...
The flowers were beautiful and true to the catalog picture.

Following up to this survey, after receiving the product I was a little disappointed. The flowers did look fresh and beautiful. The problem was, I did a double upgrade and got the deluxe flowers, however, the flowers looked more standard/basic than anything. With the few flowers my wife did receive, I would hate to see what the basic package looked like.
Service/ handling cost was a surprise but after my wife called me about her surprise and how beautiful the arrangement was, I'll use you again.

Wish there was a breakdown of expenses (delivery surcharge, etc) on your front page. It was disappointing to discover during check out that it added another fee that was almost half the cost of the bouquet.
Update: asked for the recepient to send me a picture of their arrangement. Disappointed! I upgraded and payed for the premium bouquet but the delivered arrangement was very small. Only had 3 roses, 4 Lilliesand a bunch of fill. Very lacking. Would NOT upgrade again.
There were some additional charges that came as a bit of a surprise at the end, better to be up front. I appreciate being able to send flowers last minute though.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
