Overal it was great but i dont see why a $14.00 additional fee is always put on to flowers and not just your site. Tell me the floweres and the delivery these extra charges are so unfair. Raise the flower price if you think too low because when done with purchase it is expensive.
I wanted to be sure the flowers were delivered anonymously and there was no box that that I could check to guarantee that my delivery is anonymous.

Just a heads up to customers using this site. The picture they show you of the bouquets that you can order from are NOT the flowers you actually get! Now I understand since I went from the "Deluxe" arrangement that had the picture, to a "Standard" arrangement, which they had no picture of, that I would not get the same size arrangement. But, I didn't even get the same flowers or the same color as the "Deluxe" picture! I would suggest that when customers check "Standard" arrangement, a new picture of the bouquet for that price point, be displayed so you can see how much the arrangement changes,

The arrangement delivered by the local florist was late and in terrible condition, like it was hastily thrown together, or an old arrangement. However, when I commented to FromYouFlowers about the poor representation from their local florist, the provided an immediate and full refund with no questions asked.
The flowers were nice. The pictures made it seem bigger. Delivery was good. The price was high, but nothing went wrong so it was acceptable.
It was easy ordering, I had up graded to a bigger selection and I was sent a small pot looked like a 4in pot. I paid extra but didn't get extra. The flowers were not yellow like shown in the picture, I was trying to cheer this person up with bright color flowers, they were not. I was very disappointed in the small pot and the colors, for that price it should have been a bigger pot that is what I paid for,,,,,Very Disappointed...
The flowers were beautiful and true to the catalog picture.
