I really liked the email telling me my flower order had been delivered. My mother sent me a "Thank you" text, with a picture of the beautiful flowers, minutes after the delivery confirmation. I thought the service & delivery fee was a little steep, but was thrilled with the product.

Asked fromyouflowers to contact the delivery service to call me before making the delivery. Although luckily everything worked out, they never made the call... I understand this might be a failure of the delivery service, but I have no way of knowing if they were ever asked to do it.

The whole process was great. The only drawback to ordering the "florist designed bouquet" was I had no input to what it would include or look like. Luckily, the florist did an amazing job at the arrangement! My wife loved it!
I made a last minute purchase for my anniversary whilst travelling in Shanghai. The website was clear and efficient and the transaction smooth despite being half a world away. The flowers and chocolates were delivered in good condition on the right day and well received. I did pay for the morning delivery service which was missed (it was a last minute purchase), however, this charge was immediately refunded. I would highly recommend this service and will be using them again in the future.
