Wonderful experience. I thought that I was ordering flowers delivered in vase and not box with vase. That was stated in a section that was shipped in box, but I did not easily notice that. Great business model and execution though. Thanks for the flowers!
I moved to California about 4 months ago, and it was my moms birthday yesterday. I ordered flowers for her, and while on FaceTime, they were delivered at that moment so I got to see her receive them. They looked just like the picture and were cheaper than ProFlowers. She loves them! Great job!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
