Was unsure if the New customer discount was applied. The promo box went by so quickly and as I clicked through, couldn't find it again.
Placing the order was easy... I paid the extra to have delivery by 12:00 and the flowers didn't get there until after 3:00. When I called after 12:00 to ask about the delivery I was told that I would get a email confirmation of delivery. I informed the customer service rep that I had paid for the guaranteed by 12:00 delivery and was again told that I would get an email when they were delivered. It was only after I questioned why would I ever order again and pay for the guarantee when they are now telling me it means nothing. I was offered a refund of the 4.95 fee but said I would wait 1 more hour. It was 2 hours later. My mom loved the flowers but I would not use your service again.
I like the all the different options, but it does makes it so much harder to get only one at the time.

VERY Dissatisfied...I was in the process of ordering from a different site when I came across this one. I decided to give them a chance. I paid extra to have my order delivered by noon the next day. At 1pm I received a call from the florist telling me they couldn't be delivered to the hospital unless they were left in the back with the deliveries (this is not normal) & that they don't do morning deliveries. Florist told me 'someone from the hospital room needs to come down & get them'. I explained that wasn't possible she said she didn't know what to do as she didn't have $ for parking. I called customer service who changed my delivery to a different florist & said they would be delivered by 5pm. Mind you I had paid extra to have them there by noon. 5pm came & went with no flowers another call to customer service with no results. Flowers finally showed up around 8pm...8 HRS LATE. Never did either person from customer service offer to return my before noon extra delivery fee or return any part of payment.
I was surprised at the $14.99 sip/hand charges
After purchase my sister sent me a picture and I was very pleased w/the flowers themselves. However, I was disappointed that the saucer/cup was not as pictured - that was much of the reason I had chosen that bouquet! The one sent did not do justice to what had been pictured and how it complemented the bouquet itself.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.

Answer: That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.
