I had the flowers delivered to my girlfriend, and FYF just made it amazing. The flowers were beautiful and on time. I called to change the delivery time, and the customer service was phenomenal. I would recommend doing business with FYF.

I ordered flowers for my daughter in Arkansas. The order was delivered on time, the day after her surgery. She absolutely glowed when she received them and texted that they were absolutely beautiful. Of course, I recommend You Flowers to anyone.

Not completely as pictured. Looked like more flowers in picture. Was suppose to have pink and red roses but only pink were in the vase.
Otherwise they did arrive healthy and alive.

To make it simple and short, their service sucks. My flower arrangement arrived passed 7:30pm. I missed my dinner reservation on top of all day home waiting for a delivery. According to their website, delivery time for residential is 9-6pm; but the answer they gave me after I complaint was" delivery time is NOT guaranteed".
What I got back after sending a formal complaining? A $12 credit. Do you think I'll use the credit, which by the way expires in 2 weeks? DON'T WAST TIME OR MONEY dealing with this company. Very unprofessional.

I was very disappointed as the individual did not receive the flowers on the date initially requested. After contacting twice and finally speaking to a supervisor, Mr. Collins, I was satisfied with the results. I would give this entity a second try. Thank you.

I did not get exactly what I ordered and when I called to discuss this with customer service they were very accommodating and were able to help me out quickly and painlessly.
The arrangement provided to me was beautiful despite not being exactly what I purchased and I will definitely be shopping with them again.
