The flowers were superb. There was some issues on tracking down the flowers for delivery, so leave a good window for delivering, but they will get it delivered and the quality will always be perfect!

The flowers received were not the flowers ordered and I would have liked someone to have contacted me to let me know. Customer services were great, however, when I came to them with this issue.
The arrangment was smaller than expected but pretty and the vase was cheap plastic. I would have purchased a nicer one if I had known that.

A $15.00 processing fee sure does bring the price up. That might be something you should advertise in the beginning when the deal sounds so good
The flowers that my daughter received were not at all like the picture on flowersforyou.com. I ordered the rose and lily lemonade bouquet. She received yellow roses and very small pink lilies that really did not fit the bouquet. I would not have ordered them if I knew that was how they were going to come out. I probably will never order from the site again.
The addition of handling charges at the end is a poor practice. I will not order again. The item I received was very small and just 9 roses for $70? U would like a refund. This arrangement is pathetic.

ORIGINAL COMMENT: I have not yet seen the outcome of this order, so I can't say if I'll again use 'From You Flowers'. It depends on how good the finished floral arrangement looks. My friend (the recipient) will end up posting a photo (of the flowers) on Facebook, so I will see the outcome at that time. If the arrangement is well done, I'll be a return customer. If the arrangement is NOT handled well, I won't return. UPDATED COMMENT: As expected, my friend posted a photo on Facebook. The bouquet appeared very much like the original photo, but with closed buds on the larger flowers (very nice touch to provide buds ready to bloom, instead of already bloomed flowers, which wilt quickly!). The order was well handled!
Surprising people with the service fee on the very last page seems like something a used car salesman would do. Why isn't this information on the page that lists the price before all the delivery and billing information is entered?
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
