Very nice selection and easy to order. The arrangement received did not look exactly like the advertised picture. Also it arrived in a plain clear vase; it was to be in a lavender or purple vase. However, flowers were beautiful.

I like that I can use PayPal and the flowers were beautiful. I paid extra for the flowers to be delivered by 1200 but were not delivered until 1310 which I was not happy about.

Although the recipient said the flowers were nice, the delivery was not made to the correct door as directed in address without doorbell. If I didn't follow up with her, the flowers would have sat all day in heat & humidity. When I called customer service I received excuses and blame that due to the type of flowers I ordered it was somehow my fault-!?!?!?! 2nd person on phone, supervisor named Stephanie was no better, providing more excuses, poor apologies, and did not honor my request to speak with someone more competent & professional until I raised my voice. 45 minutes into my phone call I finally had the opportunity to speak with Rachel who was fantastic but only because I had to plead with first two reps who wasted my time and poorly represented your business.

Amazingly easy and so convenient.
I found it cheesy that you first tried to sneakily layer on the delivery fee after the "Free Delivery" banner on Google drew me to the site in the first place. Then when I backed out on the deal, you e-mailed saying wait, come back, it's free delivery for real this time! I took you up on it, so it's clearly a decent business tactic, but it doesn't make it any less sleazy.
I also don't care for the emerging practice among florists of showing you a bouquet and price, then immediately clicking the up-sell option, forcing you to click back on the price originally shown. Not to mention how annoying it is to have the website tell you, "well, at the price we advertised you'll get a $#*!ty version that looks nothing like the one you chose, and only if you spend $20 more will you get anything approaching the appearance of the one we told you we'd sell you for $20 less. It's insulting.
The flowers were beautiful but were really expensive for the product that arrived. And they arrived late after I paid extra for them to be there before noon. Not the end of the world but it would have been good to have some communication about that.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
