These flowers were ordered from California to be delivered in W.V.
They were sent from my son to his grandmother for "Grandparents Day!"
She went on and on about how beautiful they were and told him that she didn't see any blue flowers in the arrangement, but if she had, she would have had every color of the rainbow in the whole bunch! Knowing my mother, that was high praise! I also understand that there had been severe flooding at the bottom of her hill, so for her to even get the arrangement was shocking! PLEASE, thank the flower company and the delivery person for making this grandmother's day a dream come true!

From you flowers sent me an e-mail saying I had $11.63 credit to apply to my order. As I processed the order, that credit did not show up. Now I have to contact them after the order has been placed to request that.
I received a prompt response back from FromYouFlowers that they will credit my credit card for the $11.63 and they did. So although I had to take the time to request this credit, they did it quickly and with gratitude.

It was easy and quick but there was an extra charge at the end that I wasn't aware of. Overall it was good.
The prices were great and the order process was very easy, however I paid extra money for expedited delivery and that didn't happen. They didn't get to my wife until right before she left work. Other than that the service was good.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
