Love the selection and prices. It'd be great to know the total cost (including delivery fees and taxes) before beginning the billing portion of checkout. We ordered three Grandparent's Day arrangements and worked with the local florist the morning of delivery on substituting flowers due to their availability. We ended up with a very different bouquet but the florist's description matched exactly with what Grandma received and she's very happy which is all that matters. First birthday I didn't spend with my daughter. She recently moved from NJ to Washington State.
Her husband is career Air Force and was transferred to Washington.

Maybe it would be a good idea to give a military discount to families who sacrifice and give so much so that others can benefit from our freedoms.
Flowers were for my sister who was not well, delivery was attempted on the day requested but no-one was home and they were delivered the next day. Pleased with the service, web site was easy to use and the prices were good. Would definitely use again.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
