Not impressed at all. Feel as if I was overcharged for the quality/quantity of flowers I received. Decided to upsize to the medium size when ordering and I feel as if I received a small or even extra small.
Sister got the flowers, she said they were beautiful. Fromyouflowers.com customer service went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied with our order and we were kept informed of any changes in the order. Including things like adding a color to the arrangement and upgrading the flowers within it.

I used this site for the first time to order flowers for the service for the mother of a friend of more than 40 years. I wanted to make sure they were really nice. My friend said the arrangement was massive and gorgeous. It made me feel a little better that she liked the flowers for her Mom since I could not be there. I did not have a lot of time because I ordered the flowers on Saturday evening for a Monday 2PM service. They were delivered fresh and on time.
It was great to be able to order the flowers from my iPhone. What was not great, is that the flowers were delivered two days later than original expected. I had requested same day delivery on Saturday and they were delivered on Monday. We did receive a call from customer service on Monday apologizing for the error; but we were still very disappointed. Same day delivery was the reason we chose to use your service as opposed to our regular flower delivery service. Had it worked, you would have replaced our usual provider. Since it did not, you will not.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
