Unfortunately the flowers didn't deliver on Sunday. The flowers delivered on Tuesday. BUT Customer Service was great in keeping me notified of the delivery issues with the recipient address due to non delivery Sunday. Brittany S. Upgraded my order at no additional charge and contact recipient with apologies. I will use this company again!

You're prices are a little steep for today's economy. The on-line process was easy, but I'm interested in seeing the quality/amount of flowers that my folks will receive. My last 2 orders w/ other companies was very disappointing.
Ad: My mother was highly impressed with the roses that were part of the bouquet. However, the balloons fell within two days. Thank you for making her day special. I appreciate it!
Only 50% of my order was delievered. But they gave me a refund. Nevertheless the job wasnt done well.
