I didn't see anywhere on your site that there was going to be an extra $14.99 service charge. That is ridiculous! I probably wouldn't have even used this site if your cheapest flowers would have been any higher than $20.
I was very satisfied with the delivery, as they shop made a delivery outside their delivery schedule, around 5pm. My nice recieved the flowers just as I wanted. They looked bigger in the add, but I'm happy with the delivery.

What was delivered was not what I ordered. The florist took it upon themselves to substitute AND I had selected the premium upgrade and that did not happen.
I have to say that when I contacted fromyouflowers.com via phone and then followed up with an email they were very gracious and have offered to refund 50% of my order. They also sent a credit but that is to be used if I were to order again from them. Should the opportunity arise I may consider it or I may go back to 1-800-*******. The biggest problem with using an "online" service is whom the end retailer turns out to be, perhaps it is better to contact a known florist personally...
Wish i had known there was a service and handling fee before I bought it so I knew what the whole price would be before checking out.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
