My mother loves flowers as much as she loves cakes. I hot her the bd flower cake and she loved it. Thank you for getting them there on time made her day.
My order was 2 weeks earlier than my selected delivery date, and the card read the wrong age! I called customer service and he did not offer anything to try and satisfy my unhappiness about this. I was very dis- pleased with the service. This was supposed to be a birthday surprise for my niece and is now ruined. I can't believe that he was so rude and did not offer any kind of compensation for your company's mess up!

I was disappointed that the fruit basket I ordered did not have the cheese, crackers, or sausage that was advertised. Instead it only had a bag of lays chips which made the arrangement look cheap. It did not look like what I had ordered at all.
Lots of options and variations to choose from. Our recipients enjoyed and loved their fruit baskets.

It was to be delivered before a certain time it was not so the patient was doc from the hospital in I paid 15.00 extra for that.then I had to call and give a home address and then they finally delivered them hours later.

Disappointed === I've ordered from this site before and was very pleased with the piece HOWEVER -- this time around I couldn't believe what was sent ====NOTHING like the picture and VERY SMALL --my daughter-in-law ordered from you for a delivery to the same funeral home for the same person and she paid less then me and her spray was beautiful -- to be honest I was embarrassed when she said "Is that the basket you sent?"

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
