BEFORE I put all of my CC information in, the total was $50 and it did not show me shipping/taxes so I assumed that was all added in. Then I went to complete the check out and that added an extra $20 to it, which I find ridiculous that it was not shown upfront. That's very misleading to go through all the trouble of inputting everything and then to have to go back and change if I wanted a different selection.
Then they delivered a cheaper "substitution" with out notifying me, one I distinctly did not pick because I did not like the look of it. I'm not very happy about the experience.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
