Cost was good, delivery was as stated, flowers were appreciated and no problems.
Experience was very good. When I booked the order I was not sure as this company was new to me. But I think they did a great job. There customer service too is very good. I had a little problem with my Order delivery and I called their customer service and a guy called Dan was very helpful and he resolved my problem to my fullest satisfaction. I think there should be more people like him at customer service, then the customers will always come back and will also refer to their friends.
Please learn from my mistake and all the other reviewers on here and do NOT order from this company.
I bought a bouquet of flowers and a box of chocolates for my Godmothers birthday using the same day delivery service. We live on the opposite side of the world so flowers is pretty much all I can do.
These flowers never arrived and I never heard from 'Flowers For You'. I followed them up five days later when I heard about the non-deliver and it took TWO weeks for them to deliver the flowers after about 15 emails. Within these emails were obnoxious responses from their company representatives and lies about the flowers having been delivered on the same day.
The flowers were finally delivered and I spoke to my godmother only to find out that the chocolates were missing. I don't know what kind of a company this is but judging by all these terrible reviews they should be shut down.
They've offered me a refund for the chocolates and a $10 gift voucher. The gift voucher is a waste as I will NEVER be using this company again. They haven't even offered to refund me for the same day delivery fee or compensate me in any other way. This is the worst company I've ever dealt with.
Didn't like that I couldn't specify delivery instructions, New York City apartment buildings being what they are. Also didn't like getting hit with the $15 service fee at the end; that felt sneaky. I don't mind paying it, but that should be made clear up front, instead of tacked on at the end.
So easy, lots cheaper than other online places.

Very Easy process... very happy you deliver flowers on Sunday! Flowers were not del. On Sunday however they did me right by upgrading the arrangement for FREE and also getting it to the owner before she left for work on Monday! Very pleased that you offered this upgrade because they could not be del. Sunday after all. I WILL use you again!
I ordered an arrangement for same day delivery and received a phone call that they were unable to make the delivery and I would receive a free upgrade, a little frustrated but an attempt to make it right was a nice gesture. I called back to reschedule and asked that the flowers not be delivered until after 3pm and the customer service agent told me she would let the florist know. I receive an email confirming delivery at 133pm and my fiancee did not even realize they were at her job until hours later, this is why I specifically asked they be delivered at a certain time. Not a great experience for my first time.
Delivery charge is almost as much as the flowers. It's very deceiving, you think you're getting the flowers for $26.00 and end up paying $52.00 very ridiculous. I received a call saying they couldn't deliver my order on that day but they upgraded my arrangement for free and reimbursed the same day delivery fee.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
