Was very disappointed in the size of the arrangement although I upgraded to a medium, it looked more like a small. Also the flowers were to be from others besides myself and you left out one of the other names. Fortunately I noticed it add the funeral home and quickly penned in the other name.

I wanted to change the message on my card but there wasn't an option.
I received an email saying my order delivered. When i checked with the person, they had not delivered. I contacted customer service and they said it was delayed due to weather. Its perfectly fine that they were delayed, i just didn't appreciate receiving an email saying they were delivered when they weren't. I felt like i was being scammed.
The service/handling fee came as a surprise at the end; might want to include it in the total earlier in the process.
I received a nice set of flowers and the person who received them, liked them and I liked that they were not too expensive.
