I was so disappointed because I got a phone call to confirm that the flowers would be delivered to the office of the apt complex but they decided to give it to a person across the building. One we didn't get it for days and two don't know the people that live here. We were lucky they saw us going in apt and mentioned it a few days later. I Guess the note on the door was not there anymore... even though we checked the office many times wondering what happened. Although the flowers looked pretty, (much better I bet if it was day it was supposed to be sent) the pedals were already falling off a lot and drying out. I will finally call customer service when i get a chance. It is hard since I work two jobs. :/
I was blind-sided at checkout by (a) the extra $2.99 for the much-touted same-day delivery, and (b) the $14.99 standard handling fee. Until you get to the very end, implication is that the "price" of the arrangement is all-inclusive.
Order delivered to right location but wrong person. My surprise was ruined since I had to give it away to figure out what happened.

Was a little bummed the flowers were not purple roses and lilacs like the pic. Just white roses and baby's-breath. But very happy they got there before viewing. Still an excellent price.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
