I was very upset they were delivered so late at 6pm! That is unacceptable! It was a business! They were closed! I will never order from you again. I had to call the recipient and tell her to go back to work to collect her flowers--a would be surprise! :(

You did not mention to the handling charges from the beginning and all of a sudden, I saw a charge as $15! I think this is not the right way to do the business and you better be straight with your customers.

Hard to review contents of order after moving on to next page but Very happy w the flowers. They were exactly like the photo on the website. Will definitely order again and recommend to friends and family who want to send flowers to loved ones in the USA.

The site had me enter my CC information three times before accepting payment. I checked my online banking each time to confirm it did not process the payments. This check out process made me nervous about how many times I would be charged, and also added time to my order process.
