I was very upset they were delivered so late at 6pm! That is unacceptable! It was a business! They were closed! I will never order from you again. I had to call the recipient and tell her to go back to work to collect her flowers--a would be surprise! :(
You did not mention to the handling charges from the beginning and all of a sudden, I saw a charge as $15! I think this is not the right way to do the business and you better be straight with your customers.

The site had me enter my CC information three times before accepting payment. I checked my online banking each time to confirm it did not process the payments. This check out process made me nervous about how many times I would be charged, and also added time to my order process.
Be upfront about shipping and handling etc (extra charges), before the last step.
The flowers were beautiful.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
