The only reason I came back was because you dropped the 14.99 delivery charge, Thank You! However the flowers were not delivered on time, and I had to spend the time calling twice to see where they were. They arrived within minutes of my friend leaving the hospital, and I wasn't real happy about that. I do realize that it was the local florist who was delivering, but still falls back on fromyouflowers.com! The flowers were beautiful, and the customer service representatives were very helpful. Overall I give a 3 1/2 stars. Maybe my next experience will be better, I'm sure this doesn't happen every time. Thanks for the gift certificate, it will come in handy.

I paid an extra fee to get my flowers within four hrs of the time I placed my order. I order at 8 am got my flowers at 5:00.pm. I also order the medium n the one I received look nothing like the picture. The flowers were dying and sad. It was so small. It was an embarrassing present my mother received for her birthday. When I called all they offered me was 30% back in store credit n a 10 dollar gift cards as if I ever plan to make business with the company again. Worst experience I've ever had. 100% dissatisfied. I wouldn't even pay 10$ for the flowers my mother received.

One of the items I ordered did not arrive until we were ready to leave for the cemetery. It was a casket pillow for my mother from her great grandsons. Another item arrived after the time it was supposed to.I was very disappointed.

This is way too expensive, especially 14.99 for s&h. I would order from another company but I am out of time. This product had better look exactly like the picture, with stargazer lilies, and be in fresh condition.

My uncle sent a pic of arrangement and tho it looks similar to pic on your site, it appears very small for the price.

On the main home screen you advertise that Google Customers save 20% off orders, noting the discount code 1127. When the system automatically applied the discount code to my order, it showed that the original price of $64.99 was discounted to $54.99, which is not 20% -- 20% off of $64.99 is $52.00. Yes, it's "only $3" but still, that's what your ad promised so that's what you should deliver. Additionally, it wasn't until after I finished shopping and found the product I wanted that I learned that you charge a $19.99 shipping charge, irrespective of whether I want delivery next day or next week. Most of your competitors offer free shipping on similarly priced items. I only went forward with the purchase cause I'm pressed for time.

I paid 50 dollars for a birthday flower arrangement and when my daughter sent me a picture it was much smaller than what had been pictured online so I was very disappointed that I had spent 50 $ on such a small arrangement. I really expected more for my money.
