I would have liked to know about shipping before the final click
I ordered expedite expecting the flowers to be there as soon as possible and any time before 3. However my wife did not receive them till after 3. I paid extra so she could get them early only to find out they get delivered on the very last minute. I should have had someone else do it. For how much I paid to try and get them early to her at work so everyone could see was wasted money. I called after 3 to confirm that she got them and as I was talking to her they were just being delivered. Surprise!... nope. Costumer service did get back to me within the hour and I was impressed with that but my flowers still failed to show on time.
Would prefer to know the shipping cost BEFORE the final review...
The bouquet I received looked nothing like what I ordered. Lilies were not even open and daisies were dead. When I contacted the store to tell them how disappointed I was...I believe I spoke with a laura? She hung up on me after saying they served the flowers up to value and have a good day bye bye! Not even giving me a chance to say anything else. I will NEVER buy from here again nor will I EVER recommend this place to anyone. I have already posted on Facebook to 400 of my friends and family and they will never buy from here either. EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BAD PRODUCT.

I ordered at 830am for my daughter in middle school she got out of school normal time 330 and flowers showed up later in the day so she got them next day.

The handling charge was higher than I expected. I feel you should know that amount up front. Not at the end of the order.
Both arrangements did not look remotely similar to the one pictured on your website. I did call to voice my disappoinment and after talking to one rep, was transf to another and that person was able to reorder the flowers. My daughter is in the hospital in AZ and I'm in TX, I was disappointed that the card wasn't included in first delivery, honestly I could've done better putting together an arrangement. The second delivery actually looked much better, not anything like the picture, but better. I can send you pics if you'd like to see both arrangements and compare to the one you have on your site. Thank you for your time and correcting the problem.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
