I paid for same day delivery but did not get it
This was my first time ever doing the online order and delivery method for flowers...I can say that I am very pleased with the outcome. My wife was truly surprised and she enjoyed her flower arrangement. Thanks alot!
It seemed okay this time ordering, I have troubles logging back in as a returning user sometimes, but overall it seemed to work fine, I just hope the flowers arrive on time. I have had issues with that in the past.
Also, I was looking for a confirmation that the flowers were delivered and had to call the next day to confirm.

I ordered the "Florist Designed" plant arrangement for a friend. I was a little unsure of what would be sent. It was delivered on time. She sent me a picture of it and I was very happy and satisfied with the arrangement - it was just what I wanted!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
