Next am after delivery the arrangement of a red rose fireside basket was all but 7 roses were wilted facing the floor. This was very embarrassing for family and me
I ordered flowers for my sister with a guarantee to be delivered that day. I then received a call saying that they would not be able to deliver then that day and would drop them off in the morning. This was unacceptable because the website told me that if I ordered within the next 1.5 hours, they would be guaranteed to be delivered that day. After I complained about it, the flowers were delivered that evening, which was great. I was just upset with the fact that I was told they couldn't be delivered, and then very obviously were...
It was very easy, great selection, and was available in the areas I wanted flowers delivered :)
I like the selections and knowing, if the flowers are delivered by a florist or by mail.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
