I originally didn't make the order as I saw that service/handling fee at the end. When i got an email saying that would be waived, I agreed to buy. I also used the American Express coupon deal, if it wasn't for that I would not have found your site so I have to give Amex some credit as well.

The bouquet was beautiful and I was told the delivery person was nice, but the flowers were delivered a day late despite my having requested same-day delivery and paid the extra fee for it. I was compensated for that, but there is no reason a delivery person should not be available if the same-day option is not available.
I feel overcharged.
