Was a bit surprised by the extra charges at the end

I still have not had a reply from the customer services to my query about the size of the bouquet - from the web prices which were on offer the amount I paid should have been a platinum size, the order said deluxe.

However, very impressed with the speed of service and the ability to order and pay from UK (Paypal)

While the order was received, it was actually delivered to the incorrect address. This meant my mother, who is 79 yrs old, had to walk to the location of the delivery. I did contact customer service and was given a $15 coupon off my next order, but I'm not sure I want to place another order (this has happened before with your company).

Given the label "The Bright Blue Sky," the blue flowers lacked a ton of color. There was also a specific flower MISSING, when compared to the photograph on the website. I purchased the PREMIUM version.
