Unfortunately, the flowers were not delivered same day, even though I paid additional money for same day delivery, and received no phone call or email that they weren't delivered. In addition, the flowers were beautiful but were not even close to the picture (or description) of the arrangement I ordered. Simple things, such as the description included daisies, green poms and a curly ribbon, and none of those were in/on the arrangement. It was a plain vase, and again, the flowers were beautiful but not what I ordered.

Sorry, but disappointing.

It was a tiny vase with a few flowers and for $46 it's a ripoff. Next time I'll go to Safeway and buy a nice bouquet for $20 which would be 4 times as large! Never ordering again.

Although there was a problem with my order being delayed, the response to my issues was quickly responded to and they worked with me until I felt over all happy that I selected this sevice. The flowers were beautiful and a good value for the price. I will order from them again
