I ordered flowers to be delivered on the Oct 2. This was the day my daughter was coming home with her new baby. It was important she got them on Oct 2. I was called and told they did not get delivered but would make sure they were delivered the next morning. And they offered to up grade my order. I said fine. The next day I contacted your company asking for verification when the flowers were delivered. I waited all day till evening and did not receive any notification. I did not hear a thing from my daughter so I did not think the flowers were delivered. Last night I cancelled my order and asked for a refund which I received an email saying that had been done. I then ordered flowers from someone else to be delivered today which they were. This afternoon I finally received a notice saying your flowers had been delivered. I called my daughter and she said she had received them yesterday. She said she sent me a text thanking me for them, however I never received that text. I kept checking my phone all day yesterday looking for verification that the flowers had been delivered. Now what do I do? I find out they did deliver the flowers but did not inform me until today after I already spent another 50$ on flowers from another company.
I just wasn't sure how to go back and change the message on my card - some of it was cut off, but when I tried the 'edit' button, it didn't work. Other than that, great! Esp. Getting free shipping when I was looking around at other sites!
Speaking about my shopping experience so far, it was easy and there were a nice variety of flowers from which to choose.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
