Upgraded to premium, however, upon delivery it appeared to be the base set.
Flowers were as depicted and fresh and bright.

I've ordered a few times from you and I've been satisfied with service and the products. However, this time, the arrangement was a bit thin. I added more flowers to make it fuller.

Also, it would be great if you gave the approximate size of the arrangement. I needed an arrangement that was taller. I transferred the flowers to a larger vase and added more flowers to it.

Placed an order a few days ago, and was notified that the order was refunded via email on the date it was to be delivered. Was also charged full price (then refunded) without explanation. Had to re-place order at a lesser discount and pay same-day delivery fee to make sure my sister received her flowers on time. Customer support was very helpful and did her best, but I don't think I should have to pay more to correct errors I didn't create. This also wasted my time at work figuring out what had happened, and I still don't really know.
