The flowers were received early this morning for a memorial service and that was great. I upgraded to the large bouquet and what came was very small. Only 3 tiny roses, 3 mums and a couple tiny fillers. It was pretty for a small but a large no way. I am not happy at all with the size, I would not of upgraded if I had known how tiny the large was. I will go back to ordering from the place I have been using.
I chose a bouquet of flowers because of the colors and combination of flowers, I was called the day of the delivery and told that the florist didnt have those flowers or those colors and they would be substituting - Orange and orange for blue and yellow -- YUCK!

The service that I received from you flowers was good, polite customer service, but they wanted to give me 20 percent back on an item that was delivered dead which is absurd. And I say this because it was just the 20 percent and nothing else and the 20 percent barely covered the cost for the vase. I have order from here before and things where great.

However, the flowers looked nowhere close to what was displayed on the website. The white flowers included were not White Alstroemeria as mentioned on the website and the pink roses were too much of a bud and hardly visible. Disappointed!

I feel the end price should be closer to the advertised price. Paying twice for a delivery charge & then a handling charge is ridiculous. I need this to get yo her today or I would have cancelled my order.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
