1st time sending "e" flowers. It was easy.
The picture was not close to what was delivered. The basket was completely different. The recipient was just happy to receive the flowers so I didn't register a complaint but it was certainly not what I ordered.

I was disappointed the website promised next day delivery. I ordered the flowers Saturday night and got a call Sunday saying that they wouldn't arrive until Monday. The guy who called me said that they would put more flowers in the package, but they were a gift so I never actually saw the flowers. Would've been nice if they dropped the shipping cost or something.
Was supposed to be delivered on Saturday. Finally got called@ 6:30 pm on Monday for delivery.
Ordered and paid for Saturday (same day) delivery. Was contacted late in the day to say that wouldn't happen. Was offered same-day fee refunded and upgraded arrangement. Arrived on Monday to a very happy girlfriend. That's all I was looking for.
Great! Price started out great, but because I needed it the same day it increased a lot. At least I was able to get them to my friend right on her birthday though. She said that the flowers were beautiful. They made her day! Worth the money!
Paid for early delivery(before noon), but it arrived after 1pm. Also requested Sunday delivery, but I received a call Sunday morning that it could not be delivered until Monday.
Flowers were not delivered the day they were supposed to. I paid extra for same day delivery. They did get delivered on another the date that I requested after speaking to customer service about the failure of them being delivered on the original date.
I thought I had placed an order last night but was directed to a site that wanted me to obtain free shipping. I am hopeful these flowers will arrive tomorrow.
