I ordered flowers for my step-mom who had just had surgery. I received an email with a discount of $7 or $10 and I placed an immediate order for my husband at work, and paid for the delivery with in the next 4 hours. That did not happen. I ordered them before 9am central, and around 2:00 I called to check on the status as I didn't see it online. I was put on hold and when she returned to the line, she apologized and said that they had to find another florist but that the flowers would be delivered with in the hour. I requested for the fee that I pay to be refunded back for the 4 hour delivery and she said she would do so. I have not seen that yet. At 3:45, I called because I still had not seen the delivery listed online. I was then told that they would be delivered with in the hour. I said that I was already advised that 2 hours ago, and now my husband is about to leave work. They arranged for my flowers to be send to him at home since they missed the delivery time by 4 hours now. I confirmed my address and they said it would be sent to me shortly. At 5:45 I left to rund one errand close to home and I received a call from the delivery florist who advised that he just dropped them off at my husbands office but by this time, my husband was already home for over an hour. This delivery was disappointing and frustrating.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
