Fromyouflowers.com is a great company that wants their customers happy. I ordered a flower arrangement that was to look like a birthday cake. The florist that made the arrangement didn't put 4 candles on top like pictured. Our friends loved the arrangement but I thought since it was suppose to look like a birthday cake they certainly wouldn't eliminate the candles. Sent the company a photo of her arrangement and they were really nice about it. They gave me a gift certificate which really wasn't necessary but appreciated.
