I thought it was a little expensive but the product was nice.
A little expensive. I didn't like not knowing about the 15 dollar service handling fee until the end although i do understand the price. Also I paid extra for the delivery to be before noon, and at 2pm it had not arrived. I called and spoke to someone and they said the driver should be there soon, but I had to tell them I paid extra an I was dissatisfied before I was offered a refund of the $5. I was also given a store credit of $10, but it appears I was only actually given 12.19 and it expires in two weeks. I don't send flowers often so this credit is no good to me. I wish I could have had it refunded to my credit card. I do not think I will use this website in the future.
Cost to much with fees
Nice arrangement for a great price. Was not delivered same day as promised.
If you expect to get my business again waiving the expedited fee would be nice. Paying this on top of the delivery fee is ridiculous.
Very simple and easy. The quality is better than my orders with 1800flowers so far. As of delivery dedicated and efficient. A true gem to order from.

Employee first day back after major surgery. Working half day. Delivery by Noon fine. Delivery 1:30 PM. Product waiting to show affection by all to employee, lost.

IT WAS EASY AND FAST
Flowers were delivered an hour and a half later than the website said (business 9-5pm) Flowers arrived as my wife was locking up the store at 630pm. Fromyouflowers.com did not offer any kind of discount for not meeting their advertised time, only a meek "We are sorry".
I paid ten dollars for a box of chocolates that my wife did not receive. They said they would refund the 10 dollars (we will see as I just called them earlier today). I can tell you I have not received an email from them regarding refunding my money, so I am not confident.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
