I order roses as an anniversary gift for my girlfriend but this company order the rose from a flower shop specifically focusing on funeral business. This is not professional.

I ordered early in the day, paid extra for expedited delivery and paid again for same day delivery. The flowers were not delivered the day I ordered them. I called the next day and asked for a refund, since the flowers were not received on the special date. I was offered a refund of the $2.99 same day delivery charge. Totally unpleased. The customer service person asked to place me on hold, and when she returned she had evidently contacted the florist, who informed us they did not have the right flowers to go in the arrangement. An arrangement was made with what they had on hand, the delivery was made a day late, and in the end I received a refund for the expedited delivery and the same day delivery charges. Worst service I've ever experienced with a florist. I will certainly never use this service again, and I will share y experience with all my friends and service websites.

Update: My friend sent me a pictures of the flowers in a thank you text. I was disappointed to see that much of the arrangement was different than pictured. There appears to be orchids of some kind that were not pictured in the item I purchased and the curly twigs were missing from the vase which was my favorite part.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
