Your handling charges are quite a bit higher than your competitors. The roses themselves are great. However not much greenery for filler. No babies breath either. For the price I think the "presentation" was lacking a bit. I checked the grocery store today could have gotten 2 dozen roses, added in greenery and babies breath for about the same money. Only thing they don't normally have purple or lavender. So I am somewhat satisfied, but not overly excited about my experience.

Your delivery and handling fee is too high the bouquet received was not the one pictured when I ordered. I was encouraged to buy a bigger bouquet because of the delivery locale but I actually received the small one anyway. It was similar to the picture in color only. I would neither recommend you nor order from you again

Not 100% satisfied that I am paying almost double the amount for these flowers and a box of chocolates! These are nice flowers for a great price but the $14.99 price makes no sense. Kudos to the delivery service, especially the driver who kept trying to find a tough address and even called me for extra directions. Without this extra effort, flowers would not have been delivered on time.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
