Easy...looking forward to seeing the flowers. The flowers were beautiful...but not the colors in the photo. We chose the purple flowers and the ones sent were a deep rose. Beautiful anyway. Also, received an email with a credit. Did not seem like an "earned" credit because I am eligible for a corporate discount which was more than "earned" credit. Should be able to take what is is earned instead of in lieu of.
My flowers were not delivered when I requested but after contacting customer service, the expedited delivery fee was refunded. Thank you.

I was very pleased with same day delivery. Most other Web sites say they have it, then let you know it can't be delivered. Unfortunately, I chose same day delivery for an extra 2.99 before the cutoff time. Then a representative called me several hours later to inform me they were unable to deliver them. I was very disappointed to say the least. The same day delivery guarantee is why I chose this company. They were sorry for not being able to deliver them, and refunded me the 2.99 same day fee, and also a 20.00 credit. I was satisfied with the outcome. I will order again from this company again in the future. Customer service was good.

I paid 5$ extra for 4 hour delivery to ensure my mother got her flowers before she left work. I ordered at 8:30am, but they didn't arrive by the time she left at 1:30pm. I think they arrived around 1:45. I thought the extra payment would ensure she got them in time.

Well i had picked a flower and typed out a long well thought out message. Then before picking another flower i had to do something at work. It logged me out and lost what i had picked in my cart and what i typed. Too bad the cart isn't saved in the login for when i log back in.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
