The recipient was not home when the delivery came so the deliver person left a door tag and asked my neighbor to take the flowers. I received a phone call from the delivery person but I never asked for the flowers to go elsewhere (I don't have contact info for my neighbor and this is a surprise delivery for the recipient but now the recipient has to go get her flowers). When I asked why the flowers were not left at the doorstep instead, the deliver person was extremely rude and started yelling at me on the phone. Next time I would prefer the option for 'leave at home' or 'ask neighbor to accept delivery' instead of the deliver person assuming my preference as well as I'd prefer a more professional delivery person.

Very nice choices and very easy to navigate website. Thank You. After the recipient received the flowers she called to say how "absolutely beautiful" they were. I so appreciate that you offered same day delivery on a Sunday! My husband had forgotten his sister's birthday, which was on a Sunday, and you were still able to come through!
Flowers were priced reasonably and arrived timely, however the quality of the arrangement was not as pictured on the website. Some of the featured or advertised types of flowers were not included at all in the arrangement and the arrangement looked sparse in comparison to the photos.
When I almost checked out the total said 41 something once I leterally checked out theres a fee for 14.99 for handling SERIOUS
So far so good, and if all goes well with the delivery and the flower we will shop here again

I did not receive the basket orf fruit. I sent it to someone else. I cannot tell you what shape it was in nor how it looked. It was the recipient that received it.
