Beautiful! Very, very happy with arrangement
The order was not delivered on the day is was supposed to be and the product received was not even close to what I ordered the arrangement was not to have roses in it, it was supposed to be full of gerber daisies which are there are about two, I will not be ordering from you again and I will be sure to let everyone know not to use you. Very disappointed you miss represent your product.
Expensive shipping, but otherwise great prices for same day service!
No one else would deliver an orchid on Monday, but this site did for no extra charge! There were no watering and care instructions included with this orchid. It is a very important part that should be included, because these plants are easy to kill!

I like the selections and the pricing. I had some issues trying to go back and edit my card. Other than that, everything else was fine. I sent the arrangement to my mother in Texas and she just loved them. She kept saying how pretty they were. I was very glad to hear that. Also customer service was very friendly. All and all very pleased. Just wish i could of seen the actual arrangement sent. Ha. Will be using you again soon.

Everything was great except for delivery time. I paid extra for same day delivery but it arrived the next day
When I saw the cost of the service handling I couldn't afford to send them and was going to look at other sites, but when you sent me the email saying if I finished my order you'd waive the fee and that made my day. I'll highly recommend this site and be back for more flowers.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
